Pintar College is a professional accounting school which is located in Kepong. It  was established in 2007 by Prof. Dr. Jimmy Lim who started off his career in 1992 as a home tuition tutor. Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Jimmy has inspired many students and managed to realize a set of effective teaching methodology. 

In 1999, Prof. Dr. Jimmy formed a partnership with Madam Lim to establish Pintar Tuition Center in Kepong Baru. The success of Pintar Tuition Center in teaching Accounting became well-known in Kepong area. Good reputation and teachers with adequate teaching experiences were the main attraction. In 2002, Pintar Tuition Center offered Accounting class to STPM students and it managed to help students passed with flying colours. 

In 2003, due to the fact that Accounting was gaining its significance in the business world, Pintar started to offer LCCI Level 3 diploma course. In 2007, Pintar College has finally established and moved to Metro Perdana in the following year. It was located near Carrefour, Kepong and therefore it managed to attract more students to enroll. Year by year, Pintar College become more enthusiastic to meet the needs and the aspiration of the market. So, it started to provide higher level Accounting course which is ACCA professional course. In addition, Pintar spent several years to do research and develop its own Diploma in Accounting which has introduced in 2015. Although Pintar had facilitated many students to achieve excellent grades, Mr. Jimmy and his team of lecturers are still keen to push Pintar College to even greater heights.

In 2022，Pintar College officially changed their name to “Northern Kuala Lumpur International College”. All courses offered by Northern Kuala Lumpur are approved by Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA).

In 2023, Northern Kuala Lumpur International College HQ moved to United Point Mall.
