Recently, in the 2025 World Vocational College Skills Competition – Finance Track Finals (International Online Group), a cross-national team jointly formed by Northern Kuala Lumpur International College (NKL) and Zhejiang Financial College achieved remarkable success.

The team — consisting of NKL’s students Tan Jia Qi, Tan Jia Ji, Lee Jian Lun, and China’s student Mei Yi — demonstrated strong professional competence, excellent technical execution, and outstanding teamwork. They stood out among numerous top contestants to win the Gold Medal in the Finance Track, and with a first-place ranking in their group, they successfully advanced to the Global Ranking Round, marking a historic breakthrough for NKL in this international competition.

This year’s competition brought together 1,446 talented participants from 73 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania, forming a total of 434 teams competing in 38 skill tracks.

Amid such intense global competition, the NKL–Zhejiang Financial College team impressed the judges with their professionalism, innovation, and international perspective, showcasing the academic excellence and globalized educational achievements of Northern Kuala Lumpur International College, as well as the outstanding instructional strength of Zhejiang Financial College in finance and accounting education.

This achievement not only belongs to the winning team but also reflects our college’s continuous commitment to creating an international learning and development pathway for students.
