International Student Recruitment Procedure (Initial Stage):

Please ensure that all information is complete, with the following documents attached:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Students are required to pay the fees below upon enrolment
  1. Enrolment Fee (non-refundable, non-transferable)
  2. EMGS application fee (non-refundable)
  3. Student Pass/ Visa processing fee (non-refundable)
  • All fees are payable in Ringgit Malaysia to NKL EDU SDN BHD.
  • Completed Health Declaration Form 
  • The following documents are required to be attached and sent by email:
    • Passport photo (White background – size 3.5cm X 4.5cm) – Please refer to this link for more information.
    • Photocopy of passport (ALL pages including blank pages, 2 pages per A4 sheet, single side)
      • The passport must be valid for a minimum of 18 months from the intake date
    • Photocopy of official academic results
      • High School Graduated Certificate
      • High School Result
      • Highest Qualification Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree
      • English Proficiency Result/ Certificate

Kindly attach the following documents to our International Students Department email at isd@nkl.edu.my and please state the following information in the email:

  1. Name
  2. Passport ID No.
  3. Applied Programme
  4. Intake (Month and Year)
