The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a globally recognized English language proficiency test for individuals who wish to study, work, or migrate to English-speaking countries.
Managed by the British Council, IDP Education, and Cambridge Assessment English, the test evaluates four key skills:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
IELTS is widely accepted by universities and institutions worldwide and is also recognized in Malaysia as proof of English proficiency for international students to meet the requirements set by MQA.
