我校中国合作项目“中文工坊”负责人胡志刚博士参访雪兰莪州教育厅 5月28日，北吉隆坡国际学院创始人兼校长林小雄博士教授、市场总监蔡佩霖女士、总裁助理Su May女士与南京工业职业技术大学马来西亚优诺雅中文工坊负责人胡志刚博士一行参访雪兰莪州教育厅，与职业与技能部官员Zaini先生和等共同商讨 “中文+职业技能” 交流与合作事项。 胡志刚博士介绍了南京工业职业技术大学承建的马来西亚中文工坊的宗旨与概况。目前，“中文工坊”在马来西亚运营的项目包括： （1）员工培训和技能提升； （2）跨文化沟通和管理能力提升； （3）提升企业形象和竞争力； （4）促进本地化发展，服务当地社会等。 同时，胡志刚博士还分享了南京工业职业技术大学在校企合作方面的项目运营经验，尤其是在跨境电商创新实践基地建设、大学生企业实习、实训和创新创业等方面的探索。 雪兰莪州政府一直在致力于推动TVET的发展，并提供资金和资源支持。他们与中央政府以及行业合作，制定政策和计划，促进TVET的实施和改进。 雪兰莪州教育厅，与职业与技能部官员Zaini先生介绍了雪兰莪州职业技术教育的发展状况，他表示，目前雪兰莪州在积极推动技术和创新在TVET领域的应用，并期望加强与中国教育界的合作与交流，共同推广职业教育理念和教学模式，以确保学生接受到最为先进的职业技术培训与教育。 北吉隆坡国际学院创始人兼校长林小雄博士教授深入分析了中马两国在职业技术教育方面的特点；中国在跨境电商、新能源电动汽车等新兴产业的发展趋势，以及对高等职业技术人才的需求等。他重点介绍了目前北吉隆坡国际学院与南京工业职业技术大学在师资培训、项目合作、学生交流等方面的情况。他指出，两国职业教育优势互补，沟通融洽，具有广阔的合作前景。 最后，胡志刚博士再次强调工坊“面向中资企业”的服务导向，在下一阶段工作中，工坊要进一步强化与中资企业驻马分支机构的合作，提供“点对点”、“订单式”培训和服务。同时，也为中马命运共同体搭建起人文交流桥梁，为促进区域经济社会发展提供人才和智力保障。

南京工业职业技术大学马来西亚优诺雅中文工坊召开季度工作会议 近日，南京工业职业技术大学马来西亚优诺雅中文工坊中方负责人胡志刚博士、马来西亚优诺雅公司总裁陈福义先生，与北吉隆坡国际学院校长林小雄博士、CEO 蔡湝仪女士及教学团队等一起召开中文工坊季度工作会议，复盘第一季度工作内容，制定二季度暨下半年工作策略、项目重点等事项。 会上，胡志刚博士表示，南京工业职业技术大学承建的马来西亚中文工坊，是全国首批建设单位之一，也是目前马来西亚唯一一家“中文工坊”。工坊结合当地华裔、华侨较多的特点，积极开展与当地华商、企业的交流、合作。同时，充分发挥“中文工坊”的平台作用，采取“开放、多元”的办学策略，现已逐步形成 “一个工坊，多个教学点”的办学格局。他表示，要以今年3月下旬教育部语合中心胡志平副主任一行莅临马来西亚中文工坊的视察、指导为契机，增强服务意识，扩展服务内容，加强与驻马中资企业分支机构的项目合作，助力中资企业“走出去”可持续性发展 中文工坊马方负责人优诺雅公司总裁陈福义先生表示，当前，马来西亚正致力于经济转型、技术创新和可持续发展，中国“一带一路”倡议促进了马中两国在基础设施建设、经贸往来、人文交流等领域的合作。相应地，无论是驻马中资企业，还是马来西亚本土企业，对于“懂中文、精技能”的本土化职业技术技能人才（员工）存在巨大市场需求，对于提高本国院校学生的职业技能、专业素养和中文水平等具有迫切愿望。因此，作为中文工坊的马方合作伙伴，优诺雅公司将进一步灵活工作机制，提高工作效率，积极拓展教学培训点，扩大企业覆盖面，提升中文工坊在马来西亚“中文+职业技术技能培训”中的知名度和影响力。 马来西亚北吉隆坡国际学院，成立于2015年，由马来西亚华裔教育家林小雄博士创办，开设课程主要涵盖会计学、管理学、营销学等，在商科方面具有较强优势，现已与我校开展跨境电商（平台电商、跨境直播、独立站等）类知识技能培训，并积极推进两校联合办学、专业建设。北吉隆坡国际学院院长林小雄博士表示，将深挖培训需求，做好对接与组织工作，提供相关专业技术技能服务。 最后，胡志刚博士再次强调工坊“面向中资企业”的服务导向，在下一阶段工作中，工坊要进一步强化与中资企业驻马分支机构的合作，提供“点对点”、“订单式”培训和服务。同时，也为中马命运共同体搭建起人文交流桥梁，为促进区域经济社会发展提供人才和智力保障。
