President Founder’s Background

Prof Dr Jimmy Lim (Lim Siau Shiong) is a distinguished Malaysian educationist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, and the President Founder of Sri Pintar Education Group and Northern Kuala Lumpur International College.

Driven by a deep passion for education, Prof Dr Jimmy began his journey as a tuition teacher at a young age and persevered through humble beginnings to become a respected leader in the education industry. His dedication to nurturing students—especially those with weak academic backgrounds—has helped thousands achieve academic excellence and successful careers.

Prof Dr Jimmy’s contributions to education have earned him significant recognition, including the LCCI Fellowship from Pearson (2015), the National Outstanding Educator Award from the Ministry of Higher Education during National Teacher’s Day (2019), and recognition as one of “Successful People in Malaysia” (2020). Under his leadership, students have achieved more than 20 World and Country Awards in LCCI International Qualifications, and the College has been recognised as a Gold Approved Learning Partner for ACCA and awarded the Centre of Excellence Award (2015–2020).

Beyond institutional leadership, Prof Dr Jimmy actively contributes to national education development. He has delivered over 1,000 motivational, career, and academic talks nationwide, mentored school teachers, and collaborated with schools, charitable organisations, and government bodies to expand access to quality education—particularly for students from low-income families.
